Hi! I'm Jenny. 

So glad you're here!

I've been a bodyworker by trade for over 20 years and an artist my entire life. I live life through the senses, magnified by the power of the heart. I have the capacity to witness and hold space for BIG FEELINGS, intensity, and everything in between.

 

My superpower as your practitioner is as your vision holder. I'll help you remember why you're here when life gets rough and you forget the f*cking MIRACLE you are.

I do this through a unique mix of modalities: fascia work, consciousness clearing, and embodied movement. That looks like bodywork and energy healings on a massage table, somatic coaching and spiritual counseling by phone or video, trauma resolution, and transition back to a full life with cacao & dance in community with soul family.
